Jumpin' Jambalaya is located at Union Café and serves a variety of Cajun and Creole dishes, as well as breakfast items, burgers, fries, hot dogs, salads, a baked potato bar, desserts, and fresh juice.

  • Monday- Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Friday: Closed
  • Hours vary during holidays and college breaks.

Community Pantry

The Community Pantry serves anyone with a College ID number! We serve fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, meats, sandwiches, salads, wraps, non-perishables, pasta, and canned goods (pantry items vary daily). You can find the Community Pantry on the northeast edge of campus on the north side of Building 16.
