Boeing’s Learning Together Program (LTP) helps you enhance your skills — and learn new ones!

Eligible Boeing employees can get their tuition paid at Highline College through Boeing’s Learning Together Program (LTP). The Learning Together Program (LTP) provides industry-leading tuition assistance for Boeing employees around the world. Through LTP, tuition and eligible expenses are funded by the businesses toward individual courses, certificate programs and degrees.

Employees have access to LTP immediately upon their hire date. Courses must begin after approval in the LTP system.

Tuition Payment

Boeing will pay your institution directly, so you don’t have to pay out of pocket and then file for reimbursement.

Am I Eligible?

You’re eligible on your hire date and must meet a minimum baseline work schedule while enrolled. The enrollment process is entirely online. LTP Information
