Our program blends practical technology skills with business knowledge, preparing you for a wide range of careers across industries. You will gain hands-on experience with tools used in today’s workplaces—such as office technology, social media management, and virtual office management. Our programs focus on practical, hands-on learning combined with a well-rounded foundation in administrative management and business basics, so you can be job-ready in two years or less. It’s a great option if you want to enter the workforce quickly, have strong career flexibility, and have opportunities for advancement.

Program-Specific Information

In the BSTEC Department, we meet you where you are in your academic journey through our stackable certificate program. In addition, many of our classes are offered in the supportive I-BEST format.

Business Technology students also do an internship, which provides practical application and reinforcement of classroom theory. Students will engage with local employers for up to 150 hours of work, for which they receive classroom credit.
